Imagine ending your workday with a Caribbean sunset overlooking the ocean. At Chogogo Dive & Beach Resort Bonaire, we're looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to lead our Sunset & Barì team and help create memorable experiences for guests enjoying the best of island life.

Sunset Restaurant & Bar and Barì Beach Bar are the vibrant heart of our resort. From breakfast and lunch to sunset drinks and dinner, you ensure exceptional service, motivate your team and keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

What you will do

  • Lead and coach the service team during shifts
  • Welcome guests and ensure smooth, friendly and efficient service
  • Handle guest requests, questions and complaints professionally
  • Prepare daily planning, task distribution and break schedules
  • Open and close the outlets, including financial closing when required
  • Work closely with the Restaurant Manager and kitchen team
  • Monitor cleanliness, presentation, atmosphere and HACCP standards
  • Train and support new team members
  • Manage shift handovers and maintain clear communication
  • Adjust staffing and operations based on business levels
  • Help create a fun, energetic and guest-focused atmosphere

Who you are

  • A natural leader who motivates and supports colleagues
  • Experienced in restaurant, bar or hospitality operations
  • Guest-focused with excellent communication skills
  • Organized, proactive and able to perform under pressure
  • Comfortable coaching team members and giving feedback
  • Hands-on, energetic and solution-oriented
  • Flexible and comfortable working in a dynamic resort environment
