Restaurant Manager - Sunset & Barí

As Restaurant Manager, you are responsible for the daily operation of Sunset Restaurant & Bar and Barì Beach Bar. You lead the supervisors and service teams, oversee planning and administration and work closely with the F&B Manager and kitchen team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

What you will do

  • Lead the Restaurant Supervisors and service teams across Sunset & Barì
  • Create schedules in Dyflexis and organize supervisor meetings
  • Train, coach and develop team members and future leaders
  • Monitor service quality, guest satisfaction and operational performance
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally
  • Manage purchasing, inventory and supplier relationships together with the F&B Manager
  • Oversee reservations, guest reviews and operational communication
  • Prepare daily planning, task distribution and staffing schedules
  • Ensure cleanliness, atmosphere, presentation and HACCP compliance
  • Open and close the venues, including financial closing procedures
  • Adjust staffing and operations based on business levels
  • Manage administrative tasks such as attendance, sick leave and deliveries
