At Biña Restaurant & Bar, part of Chogogo Dive & Beach Resort Bonaire, every guest should feel welcome from the first hello to the last goodbye. As a restaurant service professional you are the face of that experience: warm, attentive, and always a step ahead. You make sure service runs flawlessly and that the exclusive atmosphere our guests expect from a fine dining restaurant comes to life every evening.

What you'll do

  • Welcome guests on arrival in a warm, professional, and representative way
  • Manage table reservations and coordinate the flow of guests through the evening
  • Guide guests to their table and talk them through the menu, the specials, and any allergies or dietary wishes
  • Advise on wine and food pairings, together with your colleagues and our sommelier
  • Keep communication smooth between the kitchen, the floor, and the guests
  • Pick up on guest wishes or complaints and respond quickly and with care
  • Safeguard the atmosphere, cleanliness, and presentation of the restaurant and reception area
  • Support serving dishes and drinks to fine dining standards when needed
  • Handle opening and closing tasks so every day runs smoothly

Who you are

  • Highly hospitable, representative, and a strong communicator
  • Genuinely interested in people, with a natural gift for the personal touch
  • A good sense of etiquette and hospitality at the highest level
  • Calm under pressure and professional in every situation
  • Well organized, with an eye for detail and the bigger picture
  • Flexible, collegial, and service minded
  • Experience in a fine dining environment is a plus
