Behind our bars, the cocktail is part of the experience. As Bartender at Chogogo Dive & Beach Resort Bonaire, you combine craftsmanship with creativity: you mix the classics flawlessly and surprise guests with your own creations, inspired by fresh ingredients and Caribbean flavors.

What you will do

  • Prepare cocktails, drinks and coffees at a consistently high level
  • Develop new cocktails and signature drinks with fresh, seasonal ingredients
  • Advise guests personally and make them feel welcome at the bar
  • Keep your bar organized, stocked and spotless throughout the shift
  • Work closely with the service team for a smooth guest experience

Who you are

  • Experienced behind the bar, with strong knowledge of cocktails and spirits
  • Creative with flavors and motivated to keep developing your craft
  • Hospitable and professional, with genuine attention for every guest
  • Organized and calm, also when the bar fills up
  • Comfortable communicating in English; other languages are a plus
