In the Back Office you manage our reservations from start to finish. Requests come in by phone, email, our website and online booking channels, and you turn them into confirmed stays. You keep an eye on availability, share the right rates and conditions, and answer guest questions with the same warmth they will meet at the front desk. Your accuracy keeps our occupancy healthy and our guests happy.

What you will do

  • Receive and process reservation requests by phone, email, website and online booking channels
  • Enter, change and cancel reservations accurately in our reservation system
  • Monitor availability of accommodations, facilities and packages
  • Share rates, conditions and current promotions with guests
  • Answer guest questions and advise them on accommodations, facilities and packages
  • Handle special requests and complaints in a professional and friendly way
  • Send confirmations and follow up correspondence
  • Process payments, deposits and invoicing details
  • Maintain guest data carefully and in line with privacy guidelines
  • Work closely with front office, housekeeping and other departments so every stay runs smoothly

Who you are

  • Guest focused and service minded, also in writing and by phone
  • Accurate and administratively strong: details do not slip past you
  • A clear communicator in Dutch and English
  • Calm and flexible when it gets busy, and a real team player
  • Solution minded and proactive: you think one step ahead of the guest
  • MBO level of working and thinking, preferably in Tourism, Hospitality or Administration
  • Experience in reservations, customer service or hospitality is a plus
  • Familiarity with reservation or hotel systems is welcome, not a must
